World Book Day
We are ready to celebrate World Book Day in Junior Infants Room 10. Our classroom door is decorated to show our favourite book; "We're Going on a Bear Hunt" by Michael Rosen. Can you find the boys and girls as they journey towards the cave?
We dressed up as our favourite book characters - our teacher was the cow that jumped over the moon! We all laughed when we saw her.
We had a blind date with a book from one of our friends - it was so much fun!
We all got a book and a sticker to bring home with us to celebrate World Book Day.
Our Spring Hunt
We went searching for signs of Spring in the convent gardens. We found lots of exciting clues that Spring is definitely here!
St. Patrick's Day
We celebrate St. Patrick's Day on the 17th of March. We have been learning about St. Patrick. He is the patron saint of Ireland and he was responsible for bringing Christianity to our country.
